Mid-Senior Digital Designer (UX/UI & Ecommerce)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading footwear and lifestyle brand to bring on a Mid‑Senior Digital Designer on a long‑term freelance basis. You will shape digital experiences across ecommerce platforms, campaigns, trading pages and the overall customer journey, balancing strong UX problem‑solving with compelling visual design.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging digital experiences for ecommerce sites and related platforms.
• Create landing pages, campaign assets and enhance customer‑journey touchpoints.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Support optimisation and user‑testing initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the digital design system.
• Collaborate with CRM, Brand, Content and Development teams.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong UX and UI design capabilities.
• Experience creating design systems and scalable UI components.
• Portfolio that demonstrates customer‑focused digital solutions.
• Experience within ecommerce is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

What we offer

• Daily rate of £200‑£250 (via umbrella company).
• Hybrid working model (1‑2 days onsite in London).
• Approximately 6‑month contract with potential extension.
