Mid-weight Digital Designer

About the role

As a Mid-weight Digital Designer at AllSaints you will report to the Digital Design Manager and create visual content for the brand’s digital channels, supporting the website, email, paid and organic social initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and test website content, including homepages, landing pages, editorial pages and site collateral.
• Create and support email template designs and campaign assets.
• Produce performance‑marketing creative for paid social, affiliates and PPC.
• Support the creation of assets for organic social channels.
• Collaborate with the digital production team to build and test website pages, ensuring design and functionality align with approved creative.
• Work closely with all digital channels to deliver briefs on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain consistency with AllSaints brand guidelines across all digital assets.
• Assist the Digital Design Manager with team workflow and daily job‑list management.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing for web, mobile‑first and responsive sites.
• Ability to translate product and brand storytelling into on‑brand designs.
• Strong creative sensibility and a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and handling pressure.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Skilled knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
