Mid Weight Video Editor (Sports & Entertainment)

About the role

We are seeking a Mid‑Weight Video Editor to join a fast‑growing international sports and entertainment organisation. You will create engaging, platform‑specific video content for a globally recognised sports brand, working across social media, YouTube, broadcast and commercial campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form social clips, reels and long‑form documentaries, promotional films and broadcast assets.
• Craft compelling narratives through pacing, sound design and motion graphics.
• Produce platform‑specific edits for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Create motion‑graphics elements, captions and graphics using existing templates.
• Repurpose content across multiple formats, aspect ratios and audiences.
• Manage media assets, organise footage and maintain efficient post‑production workflows.
• Collaborate with producers, designers and marketing teams to develop creative concepts.
• Develop sizzle reels, B‑roll packages and branded content for partners.
• Test creative approaches and optimise content using performance insights.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of video editing experience in a fast‑paced agency, production company, sports, media or brand environment.
• Strong showreel demonstrating social‑first, YouTube and branded content.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail.
• Interest in emerging editing tools and AI workflows.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
