About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Midday Meal Supervisor to support pupils at a secondary SEN school in Lewisham. The role runs Monday to Friday from 11:45 am until 2 pm and involves one‑to‑one assistance during lunchtime.
Key responsibilities
- Work in harmony with teachers to implement individual learning plans.
- Develop students' social and emotional skills to promote independence.
- Assess students' progress and report findings to teachers and parents.
- Provide dedicated support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience working with SEN pupils.
- Patient and adaptable approach to challenging situations.
- Secure communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desirable: Level 2 or Level 3 TA Diploma.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
