About the role
The Midday Supervisor will join the team at Brailsford C of E Primary School to ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children during the midday period. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help children thrive in a warm, inclusive setting.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and look after children during lunch and break times.
- Maintain a safe, orderly environment and respond to any incidents.
- Support teachers with classroom transitions and midday activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage children to engage in constructive play.
- Assist with the preparation and clean‑up of the dining area.
Required profile
- Genuine passion for working with children.
- Team‑player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Positive, ‘can‑do’ mindset and readiness to go the extra mile.
