Midday Supervisor – Primary School (Wirral)

About the role
We are looking for a Midday Supervisor to join a friendly primary school team in Wirral from September. The role involves overseeing children during the lunch break and ensuring a safe, happy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervising children during lunch and on the playground.
- Ensuring pupils are safe, well cared for, and supported throughout the lunchtime period.
- Promoting and managing positive behaviour.
- Encouraging positive play and engagement among pupils.
- Working collaboratively as part of a welcoming and supportive school team.
Required profile
- Confident supervising groups of children.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to maintain awareness across the playground.
- Friendly, approachable, and skilled in behaviour management.
- First Aid trained, or willing to undertake First Aid training.
