Middle Office Administrator – Delivery & Security Team

About the role

The Delivery & Security team within the Chief Operating Office is looking for a Middle Office Administrator to join the Corporate & Commercial Banking Securities department in Liverpool. You will support the front‑office by reviewing facility and security documents, ensuring a smooth and compliant fulfilment process for corporate and commercial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out document review tasks for securities, maintaining high attention to detail.
• Support stakeholders—including relationship teams, credit, legal, and property risk—by managing security records and databases.
• Identify and report process improvements or customer experience concerns.
• Assist in the delivery of loans and lending facilities up to £350m.
• Contribute to the digital transformation of documentation and operational processes.
