Midweight Designer

About the role

Join Sainsbury’s Zest, the in‑house creative agency behind iconic brands such as Argos, Habitat, Sainsbury’s and Tu. As a Midweight Designer you will help shape compelling, insight‑driven concepts across a range of channels, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design briefs from ideation through to final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer insights.
• Produce high‑quality visual assets for in‑store POS, digital platforms, CRM, loyalty programmes and other touchpoints.
• Collaborate with brand planners, copywriters, developers and external agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying current with design trends.
• Contribute to a creative culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven experience delivering multi‑channel design solutions.
