About the role

Join a Legal 500 Top Tier and Chambers Band 1 personal injury department as a Military Claims Solicitor. You will work within a specialist team supporting military personnel, veterans and reservists to obtain compensation for injuries and illnesses incurred during service.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in pursuing compensation for a wide range of military‑related injuries and illnesses.
• Assist on claims involving PTSD, brain injuries, amputations, hearing loss, training accidents, heat injuries and aviation accidents.
• Contribute to business development and charitable initiatives within the department.
• Collaborate with senior specialists to draft pleadings, statements and liaise with clients, experts and insurers.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with claimant personal injury experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate and confident when dealing with vulnerable clients.
• Motivated to develop specialist expertise in military injury litigation.
