MIS Consultant – Remote 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MIS Consultant for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is fully remote and involves supporting schools in the effective use of their Management Information Systems, primarily Arbor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy, training and help‑desk support for Arbor MIS.
• Assist schools in resolving system issues and optimise their use of the MIS.
• Respond to support requests and meet agreed service‑level targets.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and build positive relationships with school staff.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established support processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Arbor MIS.
• Background in IT support, customer service or education technology.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
