Mixology Team Leader – Fixed Term

About the role

The Mixology Team Leader will support the day‑to‑day running of the Bird & Blend tea shop at Bluewater. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain a safe, clean, and commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and encouraging the team.
• Open and close the store, communicate targets, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Delegate tasks, follow up on completion, and keep the Store & Assistant Manager informed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and full product displays.
• Manage stock accurately, including wastage and incoming deliveries.
• Ensure tea samples are relevant, tasty, and well presented.
• Keep the kitchen stocked with ingredients and non‑consumables.
• Support the team with enquiries and implement business changes in the manager’s absence.
