Mobile Application Developer – Android/iOS (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a talented Mobile Application Developer to join BJAK’s AI‑driven neobank team in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for building and enhancing our cross‑border mobile app for both Android and iOS, delivering clean, reliable, and intuitive experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile features across Android, iOS or cross‑platform flows, covering onboarding, accounts, payments, cards, transfers, rewards, travel, FX and AI‑assisted functionalities.
• Take ownership of the product problem to shipped experience, not just isolated screens.
• Collaborate closely with backend, design, product and AI teams to launch customer‑facing features.
• Monitor production feedback, analytics, crash reports and user behaviour to continuously improve app quality.
• Raise the standard for mobile UX, reliability and performance across the product suite.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping production mobile apps used by real users.
• Strong product sense, UX judgement and attention to edge cases.
• Ability to work across APIs, releases, debugging and production issues with minimal guidance.
• Clear evidence of shipped work (app links, GitHub, screenshots or project explanations).
