Mobile Cleaner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaner to join a social housing contract covering multiple properties across Manchester. The role offers ongoing temporary work with a reputable housing provider, providing a reliable income and the chance to work independently across various sites.

Key responsibilities

• Clean communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, entrances, lifts, landings and shared facilities.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum communal spaces to maintain a tidy environment.
• Remove litter and perform basic external housekeeping duties.
• Empty bins and ensure clean, safe spaces for residents.
• Report any maintenance, health or safety concerns to the appropriate team.
• Travel between multiple housing schemes and residential blocks as required.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in housing, facilities management or communal areas.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
