Mobile Cleaning Technician – Floor Services

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Cleaning Technician to join PHS Interclean’s cleaning division. You will travel across the UK, providing professional carpet and hard‑floor cleaning services for a variety of customers, staying away from home when required.

Key responsibilities

• Operate rotary buffers, scrubbers, extraction equipment and sprayers to deliver high‑quality floor cleaning.
• Work independently or as part of a team, following job specifications and health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
• Lift and move heavy equipment safely and comply with all safety regulations.

Required profile

• Residency in postcode areas MK, HP, NN, LU or SG.
• Minimum age 21 and a full driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends (40 hours over 5 days).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Experience with rotary buffers.
• Experience with floor scrubbers.
• Experience with extraction equipment.
• Experience with floor‑cleaning sprayers.
