Mobile Floor Cleaner – Full‑time Permanent Role

About the role

Join PHS Interclean as a Mobile Cleaning Technician, delivering high‑quality carpet and hard‑floor cleaning across the UK. You will travel to client sites, work mainly in the afternoons, and stay away from home when required, with food and accommodation provided.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional cleaning services using rotary buffers, floor scrubbers, extraction equipment and sprayers.
• Work independently or as part of a team, following established processes and job specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including heavy lifting.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and procedures.

Required profile

• Reside in postcode areas MK, HP, NN, LU or SG.
• Minimum age 21 and hold a full driving licence for at least 12 months.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends (40 hours over 5 days).
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to read and follow written instructions.
