Mobile Industrial Tyre Technician

About the role

Michelin is hiring a Mobile Industrial Tyre Technician in Cannock, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, 37.5 hours per week. The starting salary is £27,000 plus bonus, with full training provided and no prior tyre fitting experience needed. There are no emergency call-outs or roadside work: all jobs are scheduled site appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve national and regional customers by fitting industrial tyres and wheels at scheduled site appointments
• Work in a safe, structured environment with a strong safety culture
• Use a tablet to manage job sheets

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Interest in mechanical work or vehicles is a plus

Required skills

• Basic IT skills
• Tablet use for job sheets (training provided)
