Mobile IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Mobile IT Support Analyst to join our IT team on a full‑time permanent basis. You will travel across campuses in South West England and Wales, providing on‑site technical assistance to staff and students while also handling remote requests.

Key responsibilities

• Travel between campuses delivering on‑site support for hardware, software and user account issues.
• Resolve incidents via service tickets, walk‑up requests, email and telephone.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows devices, peripherals and classroom technology.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Azure AD, Intune and Exchange.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including account creation and device provisioning.
• Deploy and manage software and devices using endpoint management tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot classroom AV equipment and networking infrastructure.
• Log and manage incidents through the Halo ITSM platform.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to organise multiple priorities and work independently.
• GCSE English and Mathematics (grade C/4 or above) or equivalent.
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
• Desirable: Microsoft certifications, experience in an education environment, advanced networking knowledge.
