Mobile M&E Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Reporting directly to the Contract Manager, you will lead the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor works across a range of mechanical and electrical building services. The position combines hands‑on technical support with supervisory duties to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise PPM and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory maintenance requirements and health & safety legislation.
• Diagnose faults and assist with complex maintenance issues.
• Monitor service performance and meet agreed timescales.
• Produce detailed reports, site findings and recommendations for remedial works.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors as required.
• Maintain maintenance records using CAFM systems.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular communication.

Required profile

• Recognised City & Guilds qualification in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in Building Services or Facilities Management.
• Proven experience supervising engineers in a maintenance environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
