Mobile Training Engineer North-West

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Training Engineer to deliver product training across the North‑West region for Worcester Bosch. The role involves travelling to customer sites, academies and partner locations to teach installers, service engineers and apprentices how to install, service and maintain our heating and renewable technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical, engaging product training sessions at customer locations, Worcester Bosch academies and partner sites.
• Prepare and update course content and training materials to reflect current standards and market developments.
• Maintain the operational readiness and presentation of the mobile training centre.
• Participate in “train the trainer” initiatives for new products and services.
• Support professional development of installers and apprentices and promote best practice in installation, maintenance and safety.

Required profile

• ACS CCN1 and CENWAT qualifications (or other industry certifications).
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent experience.
• Full driving licence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present to a range of stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of heating, heat‑pump and low‑temperature systems.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
