Mobile Tyre Technician (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Mobile Tyre Technician you will travel to customers’ homes and workplaces across the South West, providing on‑site tyre repair, replacement and maintenance. You will be the face of Halfords, delivering fast, reliable service while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Remove, repair and fit a wide range of tyre types on‑site.
• Diagnose tyre faults and advise customers on repair versus replacement.
• Manage daily appointments and optimise travel routes.
• Maintain accurate records using the company’s computer system.
• Handle stock levels for tyres and related accessories, ordering when necessary.

Required profile

• Full, clean driving licence.
• Proven experience in tyre removal, repair and fitting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to organise your own schedule and meet time targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
