Mobile Tyre Technician

About the role

Our Mobile Tyre Technicians deliver a high‑quality, on‑site tyre service to customers across Crawley and the surrounding area. Using a mobile device you will receive bookings, collect the required stock, load the van and plan your daily route to customers’ homes or workplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and confirm job bookings via an electronic system.
• Order, collect and load tyre stock from the base depot.
• Plan efficient routes and travel to customer locations.
• Remove, repair and fit tyres to the highest technical and safety standards.
• Maintain and secure the National Mobile van, tools and equipment.
• Manage stock levels and complete required paperwork after each job.

Required profile

• Proven experience removing, repairing and fitting tyres, either in a garage or on the road.
• Strong face‑to‑face customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time, work independently and make decisions on the spot.
• Experience of stock management and confident use of computers.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations.

• £30,000 per annum plus performance bonus.

• 44‑hour week (Mon‑Fri 08:30‑17:30, Sat 08:30‑12:30) with an optional call‑out hour.
