Mobility Service & Delivery Technician

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, professional Service & Delivery Technician to join MobilityCo. You will travel across the North West, delivering, installing and servicing mobility and healthcare equipment in customers’ homes, care facilities and business locations.

Key responsibilities

• Safely deliver mobility and healthcare equipment to customer sites.
• Assemble, install and set up products on‑site.
• Demonstrate operation, charging and safety procedures to customers.
• Complete delivery paperwork and capture customer signatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of company vehicles.
• Carry out servicing, adjustments and minor repairs on‑site.
• Diagnose faults and identify repair requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to the Aftersales Manager or workshop team.
• Assist with workshop repairs, assembly, refurbishment and preparation when required.
• Collect equipment for repair, warranty work or returns and transport it back to the warehouse.
• Label, log and provide detailed fault reports for collected items.
• Support warehouse staff with loading, unloading and stock movements.
