About the role
Randstad Education is seeking a qualified Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher to join a long‑term placement at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Sefton. The role is ideal for early‑career teachers (ECTs) or those looking to gain experience in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons that meet the national curriculum and school standards.
- Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages independent thinking and student motivation.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual learning needs of pupils with SEND.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Experience or willingness to work with SEND pupils.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Required skills
- Strong subject knowledge in modern foreign languages.
