Modern Foreign Languages Teacher – West London (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join an outstanding secondary school in West London from September. The role is full‑time and involves teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, helping students achieve strong GCSE and A‑Level results while fostering a love of languages and global cultures.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in French, Spanish or other modern languages.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of learners of all abilities.
• Assess, monitor and report on student progress, preparing them for GCSE and A‑Level examinations.
• Support intervention, enrichment and extracurricular activities such as language clubs and trips.
• Promote cultural awareness and international understanding within the school community.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
• Degree in French, Spanish or a related language subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for modern languages.
• Commitment to raising student achievement and safeguarding young people.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
