Mona EPCI Director

About the role

Join us as we work to unlock the value of offshore wind. JERA Nex bp, a 50:50 joint venture between JERA and bp, is seeking an EPCI Director to oversee the design, procurement and construction of the 1.5 GW Mona offshore wind farm.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for safe and successful delivery of the EPCI scope of the offshore wind farm and associated transmission system, meeting schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Lead design, engineering, certification, procurement, fabrication, installation, construction, commissioning and hand‑over to operations, ensuring compliance with consents and O&M requirements.
• Ensure integrity of the wind‑farm design and delivery, integrating all package components.
• Prepare CAPEX forecasts and optimise energy yield for the project.
• Develop procurement and contracting strategy in collaboration with package managers and the Project Procurement Manager.

Required profile

• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a global context.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale EPCI projects for offshore wind, covering both generation and transmission.
• Experience working within UK HSSE and legislative frameworks.
• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline with ongoing professional development.
