Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Money Advice Caseworkers. Key responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of clients, reviewing complex financial situations and identifying solutions.
• Provide clear, compliant advice on income maximisation, debt management and budgeting.
• Negotiate with third‑party organisations, draft precise correspondence and ensure adherence to industry guidelines.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and team meetings to monitor progress and share knowledge.

Required skills

• Certificate in Money Advice Practice (or equivalent) for qualified applicants.
