Monitoring Support Officer – Temporary (Field Based)

About the role
This temporary, field‑based position supports a public‑service organisation in Dorchester by monitoring programmes and ensuring they meet community needs. Shifts run from 17:30 to 01:00, Monday to Sunday, and a driving licence with own vehicle is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating public‑service initiatives.
- Collect and analyse data to assess performance and impact.
- Prepare reports and provide insights for decision‑making.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify improvement areas.
- Engage with community members to gather feedback and enhance service delivery.
Required profile
- Background in public services, social work, or a related field.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solver with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
