Mortgage Administrator (Hybrid) – London

About the role

This position offers an experienced Mortgage Administrator the chance to join a leading financial services brokerage in the City of London. Working in a social, busy and fast‑paced environment, you will support a team of Mortgage Brokers and help drive mortgage applications through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Administer mortgage applications from initial submission through to completion.
• Maintain regular liaison with lenders, solicitors and clients to obtain status updates and proactively progress files.
• Prepare and review documentation to ensure compliance with lender requirements.
• Coordinate with High Net Worth and Ultra‑High Net Worth clients, delivering a professional service.
• Resolve any issues quickly and efficiently to keep applications on track.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of mortgage administration experience.
• Proven ability to manage mortgage applications from offer to completion.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a confident telephone manner.
• Team player who can also take initiative and work independently.
