About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join a leading Whole of Market mortgage brokerage in London. You will become part of a highly experienced operations team that supports a busy panel of Mortgage & Protection Advisers, ensuring a smooth client journey from application to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Mortgage & Protection Advisers throughout the loan process.
• Progress mortgage cases from initial application through to completion, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by handling enquiries and updates promptly.
• Manage a busy workload while adhering to compliance and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a consistent flow of high‑quality business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in mortgage administration.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple cases while maintaining exceptional quality.
