Mortgage Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mortgage Administrator to support our Mortgage and Protection Advisors in delivering a seamless customer experience. You will work from our Warrington office, handling a high volume of client information and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support advisors in producing client reports and suitability documentation.
• Research appropriate mortgage and protection products for clients.
• Manage cases from initiation to completion, adhering to service level agreements.
• Produce Key Financial Indicators (KFI) for selected products.
• Ensure all documentation complies with Anti‑Money‑Laundering and FCA requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams, external providers, and clients to guarantee accurate application processing.
• Maintain organised filing systems for compliance purposes.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a quality‑focused environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and work collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to escalate issues appropriately and maintain a safe workplace.

Required skills

• CeMAP (desirable qualification).
