Mortgage Adviser – Cheltenham & South Coast

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Adviser to join our team in Cheltenham, supporting introducers across the South Coast. You will work on a whole‑of‑market basis, accessing both standard and exclusive mortgage products while receiving full compliance and administration support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage mortgage leads from introducers in Eastbourne, Brighton, Portsmouth and Poole.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, ensuring suitability and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with lenders to secure the best deals.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to uphold industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months proven experience in mortgage and protection advice.
• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent professional mortgage qualification).
• Strong understanding of the UK mortgage market and related products.
