You will guide clients through every stage of the mortgage journey, delivering clear, compliant advice that matches their financial goals. Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Conduct thorough fact‑find assessments and explain mortgage types, rates, and related products.
• Manage the full mortgage process from application to completion, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay updated on market changes and lender criteria.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, estate agents, and referral partners.
• Convert leads into completed applications and meet performance targets for activity, compliance, and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional protection products and financial solutions.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification – essential.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and lender criteria.
• Excellent communication and rapport‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy client pipeline.
• High level of professionalism, customer focus, and attention to detail.
