Mortgage Advisor – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our award‑winning financial services team in Rochester, Kent. You will work with homebuyers, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while benefiting from warm leads and full administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and referral partners, especially estate agencies.
• Generate and follow up warm leads supplied by the business.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Ensure full FCA compliance at all times and meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and professionally presented.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
• Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.

• £29,000 basic salary with guaranteed earnings for an initial period.
• Realistic OTE of up to £65,000 with uncapped commission.
