Mortgage Advisor – Flexible Home-Based Role

About the role

We are seeking a self‑employed Mortgage Advisor who wants genuine flexibility, strong earning potential and the chance to grow a personal client bank within a supportive brokerage. You will focus on residential lending, working with first‑time buyers, home movers and remortgage customers while managing your own workload and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice and solutions to a broad mix of residential clients.
• Generate new business through existing relationships and proactive prospecting.
• Maintain and develop a personal client bank for repeat and referral business.
• Attend the office in Guildford or New Milton once per week for team collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and brokerage standards.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (essential).
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Proven ability to generate and retain a client bank.
• Comfortable working on a commission‑only, self‑employed basis.
• Willingness to attend the office once per week.
