Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Utilise the network’s marketing, admin and compliance resources.
• Leverage weekly leads from estate-agency partners, online enquiries and other channels.
• Develop and promote your own brand or trading style with personalised marketing materials.
• Manage your own caseload and diary with full flexibility.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Proven experience delivering regulated mortgage advice.
• Ability to generate your own opportunities or a clear business plan.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with back‑office mortgage platforms.
