Mortgage Advisor – High Performance Brokerage

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Mortgage Advisor to join a fast‑growing brokerage that generates a high volume of quality leads each month. The role offers a clear pathway to Senior Adviser status, with intensive training and mentorship from experienced senior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective borrowers from week three onward, guiding them through the mortgage application process.
• Submit mortgage cases and manage the end‑to‑end client journey.
• Achieve personal lending targets and contribute to the team’s annual volume of £3 bn.
• Participate in weekly development sessions and ongoing training programmes.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Target‑driven mindset with a desire to exceed performance metrics.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles and ability to thrive in a high‑activity environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work independently.

• Self‑employed model with realistic OTE: Year 1 £75,000; Year 2 £100,000‑£200,000.
