Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients from week three onward, discussing their mortgage needs.
• Submit mortgage applications and manage cases through the lending process.
• Achieve personal lending volumes of £40‑50 million per year, contributing to team totals exceeding £3 billion.
• Maintain strong commercial awareness while working in a fast‑paced, high‑activity environment.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent (essential).
• Target‑driven background with a desire to meet measurable performance goals.
• Experience handling customers and delivering results in a sales‑oriented setting (desirable).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑activity environment (essential).
• Strong commercial awareness (essential).

Required skills

• Self‑employed model with realistic OTE: Year 1 £75,000; Year 2 £100,000‑£200,000.
