Mortgage Advisor – Home Based Role

About the role

This home‑based Mortgage Advisor position is designed for self‑motivated professionals who can generate their own business while benefiting from strong marketing support. You will work with a whole‑of‑market brokerage that provides pre‑qualified leads, admin assistance, and the option to advise on equity release.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage business through self‑generated leads and company‑provided leads.
• Support and engage with marketing campaigns aimed at your local area or niche market.
• Manage client relationships, build rapport quickly, and guide customers through the mortgage application process.
• Process mortgage applications, ensuring compliance with lender requirements.
• Optionally provide equity release advice when holding the relevant qualifications.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with recent CAS status.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support marketing initiatives.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
