Mortgage Advisor – Home Based, Self‑Employed with OTE £60‑100k

About the role

We are seeking a home‑based Mortgage Advisor to build and manage a personal client portfolio while benefiting from our extensive marketing support and pre‑qualified lead flow.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage business through self‑generated leads and company‑provided leads.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise campaigns targeting local or niche markets.
• Conduct client consultations, assess suitability and advise on mortgage and equity release products.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, liaise with lenders and ensure timely progression.
• Maintain an organised diary and manage ongoing client relationships.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably with recent CAS status.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to support marketing initiatives.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
