Mortgage Advisor – Hybrid Working, High Earning Potential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a well‑established independent brokerage in Leatherhead. Key responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients purchasing second homes, holiday lets and investment properties.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion.
• Manage incoming leads via telephone and email, delivering a professional and efficient service.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual financial requirements.
• Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and stay up‑to‑date with mortgage products and market changes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding client outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Full CeMAP qualification (CAS status advantageous).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Personable, professional approach with the ability to work with high‑value clients.
• Driven, enthusiastic, customer‑focused with excellent organisational detail.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary £30,000–£33,000 per annum.
• Realistic OTE £45,000–£50,000 with uncapped earning potential.
