About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a forward‑thinking financial services brokerage in Welling. The role is employed, offering a hybrid working pattern with the option to work from home one or two days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recommend mortgage and protection products tailored to client circumstances.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the mortgage application process.
• Manage a robust pipeline of leads and maintain relationships with lenders.
• Collaborate with administrative support to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Strong motivation, professionalism and a people‑focused attitude.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• CeMAP 1 qualification.
• CeMAP 2 qualification.
• CeMAP 3 qualification.
