Mortgage Advisor – £75k OTE – Gloucester

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning estate agency in Gloucester to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor. You will work with a steady flow of quality leads and pre‑qualified appointments, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional mortgage and protection advice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and appointments, ensuring a seamless and personalised service.
• Work across multiple lenders and the whole broker market to find the best solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent CF1 & CF6).
• Proven success as a Mortgage Advisor dealing with multiple lenders.
• Target‑focused mindset with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised and proactive approach.

What we offer

• Base salary up to £35,000 per annum plus a car allowance of up to £3,600.
• Commission structure of up to 45% of banked income, targeting a £75,000 OTE.
