Mortgage Advisor – Remote with Leads

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor to join our busy principal brokerage in the South West. The role is primarily remote, with a monthly meeting in Gloucester, and offers a steady flow of qualified leads to help you grow your portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client’s financial situation.
• Assess clients’ needs, recommend suitable mortgage products and protection solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and clients throughout the mortgage process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations, market trends and product offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service from application to completion.

Required profile

• Ce Map qualification or equivalent recognised certification.
• Proven experience as a mortgage or protection advisor with a track record of successful outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of financial services sales and compliance regulations.
