Mortgage Advisor – Residential & BTL (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join a well‑established, Directly Authorised independent brokerage in London. The role focuses on residential and buy‑to‑let mortgage cases and offers a hybrid working model – two days in a central London office and three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Provide independent mortgage advice across the whole market, using warm client leads supplied by the firm.
• Manage residential and BTL mortgage applications from initial consultation through to completion.
• Collaborate with an in‑house administration and compliance team that handles lender, solicitor and client communications.
• Attend client meetings, both in‑person and virtually, to discuss options and progress.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a mortgage advisor, preferably with residential and BTL exposure.
• Ability to work independently while benefiting from strong administrative support.
• Willingness to work a flexible hybrid schedule in London.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including support for the R07 qualification.
