Mortgage Advisor – Residential & BTL

About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join a leading independent brokerage in Leatherhead. You will work on a hybrid basis, providing impartial mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth clients across residential and buy‑to‑let (BTL) portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver whole‑of‑market mortgage advice to clients, covering both residential and BTL products.
• Manage qualified client leads supplied by the firm and achieve high conversion rates.
• Conduct fact‑findings, prepare mortgage applications and guide clients through the approval process.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the team to support marketing initiatives and business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in independent mortgage advising, preferably with BTL exposure.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
