Mortgage Advisor – Residential & BTL Specialist

About the role

Join a multi‑award‑winning wealth management practice as a Mortgage Advisor, providing independent residential and buy‑to‑let mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth clients. The role is hybrid, based in a prime Central London office four days a week with one remote day.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver impartial mortgage and protection advice across the whole market.
• Manage warm, high‑net‑worth client leads supplied by the firm.
• Prospect and organise client meetings to maximise new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with an in‑house administration team that handles lender, solicitor and estate‑agent liaison.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven mortgage advising experience, preferably in the independent market.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Central London four days per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
