About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a busy estate agency in Romford. You will work closely with residential buyers, providing tailored mortgage and protection advice throughout the home‑buying journey while benefiting from a steady flow of quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and estate‑agency partners.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.
• Achieve individual sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant.
• Strong sales and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Mortgage and protection product knowledge.
• Understanding of FCA compliance requirements.
