About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice based on each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Assess financial situations and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Previous experience delivering mortgage and protection advice.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded with a drive to grow a client base.
• Self‑motivated, professional and customer‑focused.
