Mortgage and Protection Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced self‑employed Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our remote team. You will focus on writing new business while receiving genuine support with leads, marketing, administration and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.
• Manage client cases from enquiry through submission with dedicated admin support.
• Engage with genuine leads, build trusted relationships and deliver first‑rate service.
• Apply strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market, lender criteria and protection products.
• Collaborate with one‑to‑one marketing and coaching to grow your profile and identify new opportunities.
• Utilise mortgage sourcing systems, CRM platforms and modern technology tools to streamline daily activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, Protection Advisor or similar role.
• Self‑employed with the ability to manage your own hours, full‑time or part‑time.
• Strong understanding of UK mortgage and protection products.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
