Mortgage Broker – Partner Advisor (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced mortgage advisor to join our Partner Advisor programme. You will run your own mortgage business using our proven systems, compliance support and coaching while retaining full control of client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, aiming for at least five completions per month.
• Maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long‑term residual income.
• Utilise our branded CRM and sourcing tools to enhance productivity and client experience.
• Collaborate with the dedicated administration team for end‑to‑end application support.

Required profile

• CeMAP‑qualified mortgage advisor with a proven track record of writing mortgage and protection business.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage your own pipeline and client relationships.
• Coachable and committed to building a structured, sustainable business.
